With 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Dave Ehrie has dedicated his career to serving both residential and commercial clients. Starting as a co-op student at a local vo-tech, Dave has done it all—from working in the warehouse and fabricating custom ductwork to installation, service, sales, and management roles. His hands-on expertise and leadership have shaped his holistic approach to the trade.
Passionate about continuous improvement, Dave is always seeking innovative ways to enhance both the customer and employee experience.
When he’s not immersed in the HVAC world, Dave enjoys quality time with his wife, three daughters, and their three beloved dogs.
