MEET BRYAN LIEBERMAN

Bryan is the Owner and CEO of BEI Enterprises, a diversified organization providing electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building automation services throughout the region. His journey with the company began in 2010 when he joined BEI Electrical as a Job Supervisor. Through hard work, dedication, and industry expertise, he transitioned into the office as a Project Manager before advancing to Vice President and later President. In January 2018, Bryan became the Owner and CEO of BEI Electrical, ushering in a new era of growth, innovation, and strategic expansion for the organization.

Bryan's passion for the electrical industry began as a teenager while participating in the Cooperative Education Program at Bethlehem Area Vocational-Technical School. Following graduation, he continued to build his expertise by earning his Master Electrician License. As the organization expanded into additional trades, Bryan remained committed to broadening his professional knowledge and industry credentials. Following the acquisition of Elek Plumbing, he furthered his education and earned his Master Plumbing License, demonstrating his dedication to understanding and leading all facets of the business.

Since becoming owner in 2018, Bryan has led the company through a period of significant growth and transformation. Under his leadership, the organization has completed several strategic mergers and acquisitions, expanding beyond electrical contracting to include HVAC and plumbing services. These efforts culminated in the formation of BEI Enterprises, bringing all three trades together under one seamless organization capable of delivering comprehensive solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Continuing this momentum, BEI Enterprises launched its Building Automation Solutions Division in 2026, expanding its capabilities into smart building management systems, energy optimization technologies, and industrial process controls. This strategic addition further strengthened the organization's ability to provide fully integrated facility solutions and innovative technologies that enhance building performance and operational efficiency.

Beyond his professional achievements, Bryan is deeply committed to his family and community. He is actively involved in youth sports through his children's activities, dedicating his time to supporting and encouraging young athletes both on and off the field. As BEI Enterprises continues to grow and succeed, Bryan remains committed to expanding the organization's support and involvement within the local community. He generously volunteers his time and expertise and is proud to support numerous charitable organizations, community initiatives, youth programs, and local causes.

When he's not leading BEI Enterprises or giving back to the community, Bryan enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children.
